We want you to feel completely confident shopping with Rugby Garage. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our policy below for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all components and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at rugbygarage2120@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.)
Returns must be approved prior to shipping the product back. Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, liquids, or organic materials)
- Custom or special-order items
- Used or installed electrical items (including batteries and chargers) that have been opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items, clearance items, or gift cards
Please contact us prior to purchasing if you are uncertain whether an item is eligible for return.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your current item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement. Once we receive your return and confirm eligibility, your new order will ship as soon as possible.
7. Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

8. International Orders
At this time, Rugby Garage ships primarily within Canada. For customers outside Canada, return eligibility and shipping costs may vary depending on carrier restrictions and product type. Please contact us for assistance before initiating any international return.
9. Warranty-Related Returns
Some products are covered under manufacturer or store warranty terms (for example, BRS Super Battery and BRS Super Charger products include a 1-year protection period). If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please visit our Guarantee Page for details on how to submit a claim.
